In the case of obscure visualization and suspected of any anomaly (including the central nervous system) in the fetus for the results of the ultrasound, pregnant should be sent to carry out magnetic resonance imaging of pelvic for clarifying of timely diagnosis.

Conclusions. The complex use of methods of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging significantly improves the quality of prenatal diagnostics, allows timely correct obstetric tactics, to reduce perinatal and infant mortality, reduce the number of disabled children due to congenital, but not temporarily diagnosed pathology.
